PIPA Inspector Training provides the technical knowledge and practical competence required to inspect inflatable play devices in accordance with the PIPA Inspection Framework and the requirements of HSG175.
The training covers device design, construction, anchorage, structural integrity, inspection techniques, defect identification, standards compliance, inspection reporting and the responsibilities of competent inspectors.
Successful completion of the approved training pathway, followed by independent assessment through the PCERT certification scheme, helps ensure inspectors have the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to undertake inspections that support the safety objectives set out within HSG175.
